This past summer, they released one day of journal entries at a time, creating an online following of their love story. Love and relationships is a common thing and question and a big curiosity in our culture, and we brought a unique way to tell the story. So I got myself a copy of the ebook. Though they never set expectations with each other, it was quite evident since the start of the project that Jessica wanted more from Tim, who was unsure of his intentions at the time. Stumbled upon accidentally, this book was a mistake that wormed it's way, happily, onto my reading list.
It allowed them to have a safe place to talk about how they were really feeling and discover why they were falling into the same old habits. Add in the screenshots of emails, texts, and other related documents, and you've got me hooked. It would have made more sense. The project proved to be a challenge and their relationship went downhill several times because of their individual differences. Perhaps I am just a snob about organization, but it infuriated me that I was reading them side by side when one person was writing about June and the other was writing about August.

For now, all we can do is wait as their story unfolds. This is an amazing study in sociopsychology, and I will carry it with me for the rest of my life. We will fill out the daily questionnaire and document everything.
It perfectly matches how my brain processes information and didn't feel complicated at all which I know plenty of my friends would complain about if they would ever even pick up a book. Throughout their friendship, Goodman and Walsh bonded over their relationship problems. Boy and girl become best friends who date each other as a social experiment.

It was interesting to read about the different female and male perspectives and to see what the end result of the experiment was! It cuts into a lot of the deign work when turning to the next page, which is frustrating when the writing and art communicate with one another.
The illustrations in the book are great and make the book even more entertaining and colourful. Unfortunately some of the illustrations got cut off because of the formatting of the book. The biggest issue for me was just the way you have to read the actual book. But even more so, what's the best online dating I hope this would strike a chord with the man who broke my heart.
And reading through their journal entries was psychologically and emotionally fascinating.
What starts as a fun idea develops into something much deeper, becoming an interesting look at the love lives and psyche of the two authors.

That sort of affected the way I read the second half of the journal entries, so for those of you who haven't read the book, please try to resist the temptation to flip to the back! It spurred me wondering if I would ever be bold enough to undertake such an experiment with a male friend of mine. They say it could be considered successful if they came out of it as more aware individuals, regardless if they feel in love or not. Do you think they stayed together? This was an addictive read, you can read the main bits on the blog however it is a beautiful book! My only real negative feeling about this book has to do with the way it was printed.
